Where do you ship?
Australia and New Zealand.
Is shipping free?
Free on every order over A$80. Under that, a flat rate applies at checkout.
How long will my order take?
It depends what you order. Most of SAFFA CO store is stored internationally, around the world.
Springbok replica kits are not locally stored, so allow up to three weeks on those pieces. It is worth the wait and it is why the price is what it is.
Is the Springbok kit official?
It is replica kit, not player issue. Sweat-wicking fabric, embroidered crest, the details you would expect. We describe every piece as replica because that is what it is.
What size should I order?
Match jerseys are cut close, so most people choose 1 or 2 sizes above their norm. The heritage rugby shirt runs relaxed, so take your normal size. Full detail is on the size guide.
The cap comes in seven colours. Are they all the same fit?
Yes. Same washed cotton, same curved brim, same adjustable strap. Only the colour changes.
Who is behind SAFFA CO?
South African owned, based in Adelaide. It started because every trip home came back with a suitcase full of other people's shopping lists. The whole story is here.
Can I return something?
If an order arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, get in touch and we will sort it out.
